Fundamental Terms of Use

The products and services of Fly Trip Vacations are contingent upon full payment for your reservation being made before the departure of your flight; definitive ticketing will not occur until we have received payment in full.

We reserve the right to take action at any time for the following reasons:

• Booking Cancellation: If a booking is canceled prior to the scheduled departure date, we will only be partially liable for the reimbursement.
• Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to revoke, modify, change, or adjust any travel schedule we have posted. In this case, we will not be liable for any further costs, compensation, or losses that the traveler or group might incur as a result.
• Authority Over Terms: Only we have the authority to add, change, or revoke any description, assurance, or terms and conditions.

Rights of the Traveler:

• To begin the trip or vacation after any adjustments or changes have been made.
• To accept any alternative airline ticket we may provide.
• However, we disclaim all liability for any further costs, losses, or damages incurred by the traveler or group in the aforementioned situations.

Fly Trip Vacations will not be responsible to the passenger or group for the following:

• Any increased cost, loss, delay, illness, injury, accident, or consequential damage resulting from mishap or similar circumstances.
• Any failure or negligence on the part of the airline, travel providers, or any agent or representative assigned to arrange for the passenger's or group's transportation, meals, lodging, or other services.
• Any liability on our part arising out of this contract regarding any trip or vacation will not exceed the total amount paid or the sum agreed upon for the same, and it will not include any further costs or consequential damages of any kind.
• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) or the equivalent amount in other currencies. We reserve the right to change these prices at any moment in the event of currency fluctuations or increases in airfare before traveling. When necessary, the traveler or group is compelled to pay all such additional costs.
• All travel documents, including passports and visas required for the trip or vacation, will be the exclusive responsibility of the passenger or group. If the travel documentation is inaccurate or out of date, we shall not be held accountable for any losses caused by the individual or group as a result of being refused boarding. The traveler or group will be responsible for covering any associated costs.
• When a travel protection plan is ordered, the cost will be borne by the individual or group and is not included in the ticket price.
• The passenger's or group's travel schedule is subject to the laws, rules, and regulations in effect. Changes in travel arrangements caused by acts of God, terrorism, or any other incident not caused by us or our affiliated travel providers will not be covered by us.
• If there are any complaints, the traveler or group must file them in writing within 21 days of the tour or vacation's end. After this date, we will not accept any complaints or requests for claims.

Guidelines for Any Type of Dispute

Fly Trip Vacations is dedicated to providing travelers with top-notch services. Keeping customers happy is our main goal. In the event of a disagreement or issue with our products or services, we will resolve it quickly. However, you may pursue claims in accordance with the guidelines outlined in these Terms & Conditions below if we are unable to settle any such disagreement.

• By utilizing mediation to obtain relief.
• By requesting justice in a small claims court.

With the exception of modest claims, which you may challenge individually in court if qualified, we will attempt to settle any disputes through mediation rather than going to court. This covers any lawsuit brought against us or any other partner travel agency.

In mediation, a judge or jury is not required. Additionally, limited is the court's scrutiny of the mediation award. However, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, a mediator may award damages and relief in a manner similar to that of a court. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will mediate these disputes in accordance with its own rules, which include the AAA Consumer Rules. The passenger may choose to have the mediation conducted in person in the state in which they reside, at a mutually agreed-upon location, over the phone, or based on previous written submissions. Any court with appropriate authority may validate the mediation judgment.

Restricted Activities

While creating a limited number of copies of your schedules, you agree not to transfer, license, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, transmit, copy, modify, or sell any proprietary information, goods, or services, or software obtained through our website or that of our associates. You also agree to refrain from using our website for any other kind of commercial activity and to follow any other legal prohibitions. If you do this, we will promptly cancel your tour or vacation reservation, and we may file a lawsuit against you, for which you will be responsible for all associated expenses.

Fees and Taxes

Government taxes, levies, and any relevant airline fees are included in the cost of your journey. Your tickets are priced using the applicable tax rates in effect at the time of ordering. Any increases in the retroactive tax rate will be paid by the traveler. For foreign flights, there may be entry or exit fees that are not covered by your cost. A non-refundable charge per ticket will be added to stated pricing airline itineraries if multiple airlines are involved in your journey. Online or Phone Ticket Processing Fee:

When making reservations over the phone with our booking agents or online via our website, passengers will be required to pay a small processing fee. In addition to the listed rate, a processing fee of $25 for domestic reservations in the US and $75 for reservations outside will be applied.

Fees for Paper Tickets:

We will impose a shipping and handling charge if your itinerary calls for the issuance of paper tickets. If, for any reason, you do not receive your paper ticket due to no fault of ours, you will be responsible for paying an additional re-handling cost.

Itinerary Modifications/Cancellations/Refunds:

In accordance with the relevant airline fare regulations and if allowed, passengers may be required to pay an airline change charge, which typically ranges from $200 to $300 USD per ticket, to make itinerary adjustments for their air travel. Fly Trip Vacations will additionally charge a per-ticket processing fee for any modifications made through us.

Baggage and Additional Supplementary Airline Fees:

According to airline baggage regulations, if your free checked luggage amount is exceeded, you could incur additional costs to the airlines at the airport.

Entry/Exit Taxes:

When traveling abroad by plane, several governments or airports impose entry/exit taxes for travelers to enter and/or depart the nation. These costs are not included in the ticket price and will be paid in addition to the flight.

General Guidelines

As previously stated, these terms and conditions are separate. However, if a provision is found to be unlawful or invalid, it will still be enforced to the maximum degree allowed by applicable law, and this finding will not affect the legality and enforceability of any other provisions. Fly Trip Vacations maintains the right, at any time and for any reason, to restrict users' and customers' access to all or part of the website, with or without prior notice.
